The Administrator Role

This role will support the Branch Manager and Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing sales to comply with our company regulations and guidance
  • Responding to business demands from Sales, Service or Branch Manager
  • Releasing invoices for payments and chasing debt
  • Managing and monitoring various reports and data
  • Using RI specific database which you would receive full training on
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email

Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience with good IT skills would be preferred
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and be a good team player
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
