Position: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week, Permanent

The role will involve carrying out grounds maintenance activities on a static site, daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- General Grounds Maintenance
- Grass Cutting and Strimming
- Weed Maintenance
- Litter picking
- Using a range of powered and non-powered horticultural equipment
- To assist with soft landscaping projects
- Driving company vehicle
- Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
Garden maintenance experience is essential. Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role and have a passion for horticulture. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the Interior and Exterior planting sector where progression and development are encouraged.
