Join Our Team and Make a Difference! We are currently seeking a Vending Engineer to join our dedicated team at the Woodford branch, covering the Woodford area, and the N/IG postcode areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training. The Vending Engineer Role

As a Vending Engineer, you will be fully trained to install, remove, repair and service a variety of machines across various customer sites, from pubs to large corporation premises.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carring out all customer service requests in a professional and responsible manner.
  • Providing customer feedback and accurate site information to Initial Vending.
  • Working as part of the overall service delivery team to ensure all work is completed to the required standards and deadlines.
  • Handling, collecting and counting cash from vending machines.
  • Adhering to company Health, Safety and Environmental policies.

Vending Engineer Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do' attitude.
  • Pride in the job you do.
  • Cash-handling experience would be preferred, alongside experience handling electronic equipment; however, this is something we can provide training on.
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
