Initial Medical Graduate Team Leader
We are currently seeking a Graduate Service Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Woodford branch.

- Planning and organising routes for your drivers
- Organising the fleet of vehicles we have
- Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service
- Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch
- Keep relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information
- On occasions you may need to cover driving routes when required
Requirements
- A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (Business related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary)
- A full, manual UK driving licence, with less than 6 points
- Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
- Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
- A desire to work hard and have fun
