Rentokil Pest Control is hiring a Graduate Pest Control Technician to serve the Walthamstow, Chingford and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required; full industry-leading training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
- Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offer advice on maintenance and hygiene to customers.
- Complete accurate reports after each visit.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
- After initial 6-12 months, select a career path: Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject (including social science) or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
- Desire to work hard, enjoy customer interaction and have fun.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- DBS check may be required depending on the role applied to.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: £27,788 per annum + £3,000 London weighting allowance.
- Expected OTE: £32,566 per annum with bonus and commission schemes.
