We are currently seeking a Junior Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Haydock branch, covering the South West area.

- Junior Team Leader Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
- Ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
- Plan routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time.
- Field support days.
- Maintenance and installing Christmas displays.
- Conduct quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock.
The role also includes a large geography area and involves a lot of driving and also hands on servicing as and when required.
- Junior Team Leader Requirements
- Ideally have experience in horticulture.
- Interested in plants and plant care.
- Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
- Leadership skills in a work environment.
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
