You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of licensed and non‑licensed asbestos removal projects across the UK, managing on‑site operations, commercial aspects, and pre‑construction responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Licensed Projects Contracts Team
- Direct the Labour Coordinator and Contracts Assistant support team
- Submit ASB5 notifications
- Provide quotations for work packages
- Prepare plans of work, including risk assessments, in line with company safety procedures
- Plan and resource projects by preparing project programmes
- Resolve project‑level operational and commercial challenges and changes
- Manage competency of the asbestos workforce
- Maintain and manage sites, ensuring subcontractors and suppliers comply with company procedures
- Manage asbestos surveyors and analysts as required for projects
- Ensure health, safety, wellbeing and environmental documents are compliant and up‑to‑date
- Conduct senior manager site inspections, produce audits and reports, resolve non‑conformities, and keep parties informed
- Maintain asbestos and general management training
- Participate in senior manager engagement
