Sales and Management Graduate Role
You will start your career with us as a Telesales Consultant, handling customer enquiries and generating increased sales volumes by making appointments with new customers. The graduate scheme will follow this format:
- Weeks 1-6: Initial training. You will attend our World Class Sales Academy while shadowing operational and sales staff. You will service customers in a specific geographical area, support servicing various washroom products, and assist with hazardous and toxic waste removal. Training will be comprehensive and expose you to all areas of the business.
- Weeks 6-52: In addition to the Telesales Consultant role, you will gain exposure to sales-based roles across the business to understand customer needs and develop product knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme.
- 12+ months: After gaining a broad understanding of the business, you will decide which area you want to specialise in. You may participate in local projects and complete the Leadership Development Programme. You will have the chance to progress to roles such as Field Account Manager, Service Team Leader, Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader, or Regional Account Manager.
- 24+ Months: After two years, you may take on more senior positions such as Sales Team Leader, Key Account Manager, Branch Manager, or roles in Area Central Support. With structured career progression, you are prepared to take your next steps within the company.
Requirements
- A minimum 2.2 degree in BSc/BA in any subject (business-related, transport, logistics, supply chain or management disciplines preferred but not necessary)
- A full UK driving license or be working towards this
- Target-driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- Comfortable working out in the field dealing with customers face-to-face
- Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
- A desire to work hard and have fun
