Location: Lincoln branch, covering the East Coast. We are looking for a Technician who enjoys managing their own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preservation works on site, including stripping and replacing timber floors, door frames, architraves, and windows.
- Support damp proofing and removal of wall coatings, including plaster, woodworm treatments, wall tie installation, and cavity drain membrane installation.
- Offer valuable advice to customers and provide a high level of service.
- Adhere to all risk assessments and health & safety measures on-site.
- Ensure sites are left clean and tidy.
- Complete other required tasks within the branch as needed.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
- Experience as a Labourer or Tradesman within the property or construction industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
