Overview

We are seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team covering the St Johns Wood/Baker Street area. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and resolving customer pest issues in person, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks
  • Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour
  • Provide customers with advice on maintenance and hygiene to prevent pest issues
  • Complete accurate reports after every visit

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C (or 4) or above is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role

Base pay and Benefits

  • Base salary: £29,848
  • Expected OTE: £34,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
  • Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards
  • Relocation package: Up to £5,000 to help you settle in
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with increased salary
