Base pay and package
- Base pay range: This range is provided by Rentokil Initial Careers. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience β talk with your recruiter to learn more.
- Start with a basic salary of Β£29,848 per annum
- Expected OTE: Β£34,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
- Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards
- Relocation Package: Up to Β£5,000 to help you settle in (where eligible)
- Work arrangements: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week); potential for up to 48 hours in the future with increased salary

The Role
Your role as a Pest Control Technician involves covering a dedicated geographical area and providing support to customers by resolving pest issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks
- Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour
- Offering valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises
- Completing accurate reports after every visit
- Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
