We are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
- Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration.
- Sending out new hire onboarding documents.
- Adding, amending and removing hires from relevant systems.
- Checking information has been added correctly by hiring managers for new starters, changes and leavers.
- Dealing with any reference requests.
- Creating personnel files for new starters.
- Any additional duties as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
