We are recruiting a Graduate Pest Control Technician to work across the Dumfries to Stranraer area. Full on-the-job training will be provided and no prior pest control experience is required.

Graduate Pest Control Technician Role
Your first 6–12 months will focus on covering a specific geographical area. Core responsibilities include:
- Inspecting premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks
- Resolving pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity
- Advising customers on maintenance and hygiene
- Completing accurate reports after each visit
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image
After 12–36 months, you may progress into one of the following career paths:
- Sales Surveyor
- Field Biologist
- Service Team Leader
- Key Account Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2.2 degree in a science-based subject (BSc, Social Science, etc.) or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer-facing attitude and willingness to work hard
- Flexible working pattern to support business needs
- May be required to pass a DBS check, depending on the role applied for
