Your Career Journey with Rentokil
Your first year will be spent as a Pest Control Technician, gaining hands-on experience in a specific area. You\’ll be the expert on the ground, solving problems and building relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting customer properties and identifying pest risks
- Resolving pest issues and removing evidence of infestations
- Providing expert advice on pest prevention and hygiene
- Delivering exceptional customer service on every visit
After 12-36 months, you\’ll have the chance to choose your future path. We\’ll support you in transitioning into one of these exciting roles:

You don\’t need to be a pest control expert. We\’re looking for graduates who are keen to learn and ready to engage with people. You should have:
- A minimum 2.2 degree in a science, social science, business management, hospitality, or tourism subject
