The Role
Working as an Interior Plant Maintenance Technician, you will carry out maintenance of tropical plants within a wide sector of businesses, ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever-growing customer base. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be part of a friendly and welcoming team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the interior and exterior planting sector where progression and development are encouraged.
Your main duties:
- Watering, feeding and pest control of live plant displays
- Replacing dead, dying or overgrown plant displays
- Maintain artificial plant displays
- Assist with plant display installations
- Assist with seasonal installations
- Ensure all maintenance dockets and documentation are completed
- Comply with relevant health and safety
- Building good supplier and customer relationships
- Be mindful of possible sales opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications however full training will be provided. As part of your role, you will be required to:
- Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation
- Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
- Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
- Initiate suggestions to improve the organisation's performance
- Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
