We are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration.
  • Sending out new hire onboarding documents.
  • Adding, amending and removing hires from relevant systems.
  • Checking information has been added correctly by hiring managers for new starters, changes and leavers.
  • Dealing with any reference requests.
  • Creating personnel files for new starters.
  • Any additional duties as required by the business.

Qualifications

  • Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
