The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
This is a functional role within the IT Supply Chain team for the business region of Europe providing subject specialism, project management and work prioritisation of the Epicor system. The Epicor system is used across both Dudley Industries (UK) and Rentokil Initial Services (Europe) and is a third party application.
Responsibilities
- To provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system. Understand how Epicor is used in our business and identify opportunities for this to be utilised more effectively or enhanced to improve business processes.
- Seeks out and tackles issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
- Work with Supply Chain team as functional expert for system to resolve issues that are raised.
- Assist Epicor Product Manager with the management of multiple projects of varying complexities from Business Case to full deployment of new or upgraded versions of Epicor into the selected business units while identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project.
- Work with the delivery teams in their ways of working - Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall assisting with prioritisation of user stories/tasks.
- Ensure SOX audit compliance.
- Work with third party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations to deliver our projects.
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience working with an ERP platform and within Supply Chain.
- Experience of working with end users to review business processes.
- Experience of analysing data and processes to offer solutions/enhancements.
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels.
Ideal:
- Detailed knowledge of ERP functional areas such as Finance, Sales etc.
