Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line Support for the NAV and Business Central systems
- Contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials
- Work closely with the Application Support Manager on projects and continuous improvement
- Contribute in the data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects
- Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy, including support in training, UAT and go live
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole
- Assist with the document and centralise training notes
- Assist in defining and documenting testing of agreed changes
- Primary contact for Key report queries
Requirements
- Essential
- Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), specifically Finance Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management and Purchasing modules
- Experience with supporting end-users with queries and issues
- Written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation
- Experience on NAV / Business Central implementations
- Demonstrates high integrity
- Ability to deliver results
- Manages self, remaining calm, focused and optimistic
- Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales
- Desirable
- Jet Report experience
- Experience in supporting Business Central SaaS
- Continia experience
- Previous experience of working in a service industry
- Previous Experience of Application Support
- An understanding of the complexities associated with a large business environment
