Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line Support for the NAV and Business Central systems
  • Contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials
  • Work closely with the Application Support Manager on projects and continuous improvement
  • Contribute in the data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects
  • Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy, including support in training, UAT and go live
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole
  • Assist with the document and centralise training notes
  • Assist in defining and documenting testing of agreed changes
  • Primary contact for Key report queries

Requirements

  • Essential
  • Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), specifically Finance Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management and Purchasing modules
  • Experience with supporting end-users with queries and issues
  • Written skills with the ability to produce coherent, accurate and articulate documentation
  • Experience on NAV / Business Central implementations
  • Demonstrates high integrity
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Manages self, remaining calm, focused and optimistic
  • Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales
  • Desirable
  • Jet Report experience
  • Experience in supporting Business Central SaaS
  • Continia experience
  • Previous experience of working in a service industry
