Base pay range: Competitive Salary Package: Basic salary of £26,733 per annum. Expected OTE: £31,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.
Join Rentokil Pest Control as a Graduate Pest Control Technician. Full training provided; no experience necessary. You will cover a specific geographical area (initially) and support customers by resolving pest control issues while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour week and potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
- Address pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene to prevent pest issues.
- Complete accurate reports after every visit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
Career progression:
During the next 12–36 months, you will have the opportunity to choose your career path from one of the following roles: Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager. Requirements:
- A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc-related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.

- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
