Responsibilities
- A point of contact for customers reporting emergency works throughout the day, ensuring that the customer is kept up to date regularly
- Producing and sending programmes of technicians
- Liaise with customers to book service work (as required by the customer)
- Engaging with Technicians on a daily basis to deal with the emergency works that have been reported
- Planning and scheduling routine contractual visits with techs and customers
- Dealing with all Customer complaints and enquiries
- Assisting SCM in any service related projects
- Liaising with internal account managers to pass back and forth information
Service Controller Requirements
- Previous administrative experience with good IT skills is preferred
- Proficient user of Office 365 and Google Drive is preferred
- Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work using your initiative and work well in a fast‐paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Be able to be adaptable and responsive
- Resilient with an ability to manage time effectively
