We are currently seeking a Junior Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Haydock branch, covering the South West area.

  • Junior Team Leader Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties.
  • Ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
  • Plan routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time.
  • Field support days.
  • Maintenance and installing Christmas displays.
  • Conduct quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock.

The role also includes a large geography area and involves a lot of driving and also hands on servicing as and when required.

  • Junior Team Leader Requirements
  • Ideally have experience in horticulture.
  • Interested in plants and plant care.
  • Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
  • Leadership skills in a work environment.
  • May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
