We’re looking for a creative, confident, camera-savvy Social Media & Videographer to help us showcase properties, behind-the-scenes content, landlord wins, business growth and brand personality.

If you’re obsessed with editing, transitions, Reels, Tik Toks and making content that actually performs — this could be for you.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Filming rental properties across Birmingham
  • Creating short-form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts)
  • Editing fast-paced, engaging property walkthroughs
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes business content
  • Creating content for landlord marketing
  • Helping grow Rentlife’s social presence
  • Suggesting creative ideas (we want input, not just execution)
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong video editing skills (Cap Cut, Final Cut, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Understanding of Tik Tok & Instagram trends
  • Good eye for angles, lighting and pacing
  • Confident filming on-site and around people
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Based in or near Birmingham
  • Access to your own camera or high-quality phone (bonus)
