You will report directly to the Workshop Manager and support the Workshop team to deliver high utilisation and outstanding equipment presentation of our ever-growing fleet of trucks and semi-trailers.
About the Role- Attend to incoming phone calls for the workshop and fleet enquiries.
- Attend in a professional and helpful manner, providing client service for all suppliers and customers attending the depot.
- Maintain all documents and records of servicing and maintenance of equipment in accord with Company service policies.
- Filing of documents in an orderly and timely manner.
- Ensure systems and data entry is up to date with all recharge invoicing completed in a timely manner with direction of the Workshop Manager.
- Maintain a continual flow of processing supplier invoices and purchase orders to ensure all data recorded in the system is up to date.
- Assist, maintain and complete workshop jobs.
- Any other reasonable tasks required to maintain the day-to-day running of the depot.
- Proven experience in administration
- Great communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft office
- Thrives in a high‑paced environment, with the ability to multi‑task.
