Rentco Transport Equipment Rentals is the leading provider of transport equipment solutions across Australia. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability and service, we support a wide range of industries with modern, well maintained rental equipment.

You will report directly to the Workshop Manager and support the Workshop team to deliver high utilisation and outstanding equipment presentation of our ever-growing fleet of trucks and semi-trailers.

About the Role
  • Attend to incoming phone calls for the workshop and fleet enquiries.
  • Attend in a professional and helpful manner, providing client service for all suppliers and customers attending the depot.
  • Maintain all documents and records of servicing and maintenance of equipment in accord with Company service policies.
  • Filing of documents in an orderly and timely manner.
  • Ensure systems and data entry is up to date with all recharge invoicing completed in a timely manner with direction of the Workshop Manager.
  • Maintain a continual flow of processing supplier invoices and purchase orders to ensure all data recorded in the system is up to date.
  • Assist, maintain and complete workshop jobs.
  • Any other reasonable tasks required to maintain the day-to-day running of the depot.
About You
  • Proven experience in administration.
  • Great communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office.
  • Thrives in a high-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task.
