Founded in 1958, Ruttle Plant Hire Ltd are a leading supplier of operated and non-operated plant hire, aggregate supply, muck away, earthworks contracting, and heavy haulage across the UK construction sector. We run a large fleet of modern equipment, including excavators from 3 to 50 tonnes, bulldozers, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, and a fleet of 40+ tipper wagons. Our reputation is built on reliability, long-term client relationships, and delivering value on every project.

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager/Sales Representative to help grow our client base and strengthen our presence across plant hire, earthworks contracting, aggregate supply and muck away services. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the construction industry, enjoys building relationships, and can identify and convert new opportunities. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers.
