Working closely with house builders, architects and engineers, the business combines technical product expertise with a strong focus on customer service and long-term relationships. They are now looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow sales across the UK construction market. This is a field-based role for someone who understands construction products, knows the house-building sector and enjoys turning technical conversations into commercial results.

The opportunity
As Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales growth across your region. You will develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with house builders, architects, engineers and other construction professionals.
What you’ll be doing
- Generating new business and growing existing accounts
- Selling directly to house builders and construction customers
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Promoting the company’s insulation product range
