Role Description
The Lettings Manager (Turkish Speaking) is a full-time, on-site role based in London. The role involves managing the end-to-end lettings process, including property viewings, tenancy negotiations, referencing, and move-ins. The Lettings Manager will maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, provide clear guidance on landlord/tenant matters, and ensure properties are let efficiently and compliantly. Day-to-day tasks include handling enquiries, managing property listings, coordinating maintenance with the property management team, and keeping accurate records and documentation. The role requires fluent Turkish and strong communication skills to support Turkish-speaking clients and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced lettings environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Lettings and Landlord/Tenant Matters, including tenancy agreements, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Experience working with Estate Agents and in Property Management, preferably in residential lettings.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.
- Fluent Turkish language skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Good understanding of the North and East London rental market and local neighborhoods.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence using property management and CRM software, as well as standard office applications.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Relevant experience in lettings or property management; professional lettings or estate agency qualifications are an advantage.
