What will you do?
- Provide customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life and make a difference in our customers’ lives.
- Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through daily communication with customers and collection of accounts.
- Customer service: deliver friendly, top‑notch experiences with a “white glove” service mindset for both in‑store and at‑home customers.
- Deliveries & pickups: safely load, unload, and install products, following handling and transportation procedures.
- Merchandising: maintain a clean, organized store that meets customer and coworker expectations.
Minimum requirements:
- 1–3 years of retail, customer‑service, sales, or collections experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age 18.
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; driver of company vehicles.
- Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
