About the Opportunity

This role supports a leading global Big Tech company and is part of its international procurement function.

Please note:

  • You will work closely with the Big Tech client's procurement and business teams on a daily basis.
  • The employment contract will be signed with Renrui Human Resources (third-party employment model).
  • This is an outsourced position supporting the client’s long-term business operations.
  • The role offers exposure to a fast-paced global technology environment and international procurement projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for procurement activities within the recruitment services category.
  • Manage purchase requests of recruitment services category, execute procurement process, and maintain organized data records.
  • Proceed with purchase orders and ensure efficient handling of sourcing requirements.
  • Support project bidding by assisting in documentation, report preparation, and bidding coordination.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis for staffing services, executive search, and background check industries to support informed procurement decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor or above preferred; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, collaborative team player with relevant procurement experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel), ERP, and OA systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Quick learner, honest, dependable, highly responsible, and positive with strong professional values.
  • At least 3 years or more relevant experiences.
