We’re currently hiring for a leading global technology company in the UK and are looking for a

Budget & Administration professional to join their team.

Job Description

• Provide budget and administrative support , including

  • Coordinating with

Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams on internal processes.

  • Managing third-party contracts, payments, and renewals .
  • Preparing

Purchase Orders (POs) .

  • Reviewing invoices and supporting payment processing.
  • Manage the department’s budget , including budget forecasting and spend control .
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports .
  • Assist with coordinating administrative projects and other tasks supporting the team’s leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in

Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field .

  • Strong financial numeracy and commercial acumen .
  • High level of proficiency in

Microsoft Excel .

Additional European language skills are a plus.
