Renowned Homes is a London-based new homes consultancy operating as a strategic sales and operations partner to developers, not a traditional listing agency. The company has sold over £80m in new homes and has been recognised in UK Parliament for its work. Renowned Homes controls its full pipeline internally, from demand generation through to sales execution and deal progression, and runs on strict activity and performance tracking across every function of the business.
The Revenue Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for the operational backbone of the business across sales, marketing, and property operations. This is not a narrow reporting function. The role owns how revenue-generating activity is tracked, how performance is reported, and how the systems and processes behind the business actually work day to day.
Core responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and improving the CRM and pipeline systems the sales team runs on, ensuring every deal, lead, and activity is accurately tracked and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Building reporting that gives the founder a clear, real-time view of performance across sales, marketing, and revenue.
- Identifying where automation and AI tools can remove manual work and improve speed or accuracy across the business.
- Working directly with the sales and marketing functions to diagnose operational bottlenecks and fix them.
- Managing the systems and workflows that connect lead generation through to deal completion.
The Revenue Operations Manager reports directly to the founder and is expected to bring a high level of independent judgement to how the business runs operationally, not simply execute instructions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations, property operations, or a closely related operational role within a fast-paced, performance-driven business.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and pipeline management systems, with the ability to configure, improve, and troubleshoot them, not just use them.
- Practical experience using AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, or improve reporting and decision-making.
- Strong analytical ability, with the confidence to build reporting from scratch and use data to identify problems before they become visible elsewhere in the business.
- Experience working across multiple functions (sales, marketing, operations) rather than a single siloed department.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across different parts of the business simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with a founder and translate operational detail into clear, actionable recommendations.
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating with real autonomy, building and improving systems rather than waiting to be told what to fix.
- Property or real estate industry experience is a strong advantage, though not an absolute requirement if the operational and systems experience is strong enough.
What We Offer:
- Full ownership of the operational function from day one, with real influence over how the business runs, not just how it's reported on.
- Direct reporting line to the founder, with genuine visibility and input into decisions across the business.
- The opportunity to build and shape systems and processes for a company that is actively scaling, rather than maintaining something already fixed in place.
- The backing of a company with a proven track record: £80m+ in new homes sold and recognised in UK Parliament.
Why This Role:
This is a role for someone who has outgrown being told what to track and wants to decide what gets tracked, why, and what happens with it. If you've built or improved operational systems before, know how to use AI and automation to make a business run leaner, and want that work to sit close to the founder rather than buried in a reporting line, this is worth a conversation.
