Introduction

You'll sit within operations, supporting the day-to-day running of the business across admin, systems, and coordination.

This role touches most parts of the business, from recruitment support to compliance admin, giving broad exposure to how a growing consultancy actually runs.

About the Employer

Renowned Homes is a London-based new homes consultancy.

We don't list developments, we move them.

Rather than operating as a traditional estate agency, we work as an embedded sales partner to developers, taking ownership of pricing, positioning, demand generation, and sales execution from launch through to completion.

We've sold over £80M in new homes, work with developers including Berkeley Group, Ballymore, Barratt, Hill Group, London Square and Fairview, and our founder was recognised in UK Parliament as Under 30's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2025.

It's a lean, high-performance, founder-led team — apprentices here get real responsibility from day one, not just admin support.

What You'll Do

  • Support general office administration and correspondence
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records across CRM and internal trackers
  • Support recruitment admin (scheduling, candidate correspondence)
  • Help maintain compliance documentation and filing
  • Assist with invoice tracking and basic operational reporting
  • Support the Operations Manager on ad hoc projects and internal systems work
  • What You'll Learn
  • Core business administration skills across a live commercial operation
  • Use of CRM, task management, and internal systems tools
  • Compliance and documentation standards
  • How operations supports sales, marketing, and leadership day to day

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable — this role touches sensitive information
  • Keen to build a broad operational skillset, not just a single specialism
  • Training Outcome

Strong performers move into a permanent Operations or Business Support role, with visibility across the whole business.
