Role Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is a full-time role located in the North West of England. The role involves cost planning, management, and reporting for various refurbishment and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs to ensure projects remain within budget, and providing detailed cost reports to support decision-making.
