Role Description
The Senior Quantity Surveyor position is a full-time role located in the North West of England. The role involves cost planning, management, and reporting for various refurbishment and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs to ensure projects remain within budget, and providing detailed cost reports to support decision-making. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to maintain cost efficiency and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Experience in Cost Planning and budget allocation

- Familiarity with refurbishment and construction projects, particularly in the care sector, is advantageous
