Within Renoir we specialise in sustainable operational change, looking for experienced Offshore Performance Consultants to join a vibrant, high-energy team within a global enterprise, to consolidate and build upon their change management and consultancy services within the Offshore Oil & Gas Sector. Renoir is a diverse international team of extremely talented and capable individuals who work together to exceed our clients' expectations.
The Offshore Performance Consultants will be a vital part of our upcoming Client Project analysis and implementation team, focusing on the core upstream operational, maintenance and production processes that deliver the best value for our global clients.
The Role Profile
The O&G Offshore Performance Consultants will have a passion for understanding the value of a trusted partner and advisor. At the forefront is a collaborative and consultative approach, reflecting on the nature and investment and value expected by the client. With that in mind we would be looking for:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in consultancy, ideally related to Oil & Gas industry
- Background in Operational Excellence, Maintenance Optimisation and Reliability, Analysis, Performance Coaching and Change Management Frameworks
- Credible and experienced in maintenance operations, planning and scheduling
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all client stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great relationship building skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise your daily workload
- Greatly preferred previous offshore experience
- A self-starter and people person, naturally curious and engaging
