Base pay range Hours: 30 hours per week Location: Rennie Grove Peace Shops Bucks Locality Salary: £23,970 per annum (pro rata) Closing date: 08 April 2025 at 12:00 noon Interview date: 16 April 2025 The role The purpose of this role is to provide continuous cover and support throughout the Rennie Grove Peace shop network and/or to work on specific projects as required. Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently managing the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management. Maximising the sales and profitability of the shop. Managing and developing the team of shop volunteers. Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.
