Rennie Grove Peace Hospice is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our charity shop in Downley. You will run the shop to deliver great customer service, manage resources, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
You will motivate and support volunteers, maximise sales, and act as the ambassador of our values while reporting to senior management. This role requires good IT skills and the right to work in the UK, with minimal hours and no sponsorship.
