Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is seeking a payroll professional to join our Finance team as a payroll specialist in the Watford area.

You will be responsible for monthly payroll for 340+ staff, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with statutory requirements.

The role also covers payroll changes, pension administration support, payroll reporting and year-end activities, with opportunities to improve payroll and finance processes within a charity dedicated to hospice care.
