As a Business Support Lead, you will:

Act as the main point of contact for our rostering system, working closely with the People Systems Lead, Intelligent Workplace Manager, suppliers and People team.
Develop and support a network of Super Users, helping to embed best practice and improve system adoption.
Lead system testing, configuration changes and new feature rollouts.
Work closely with People teams and operational managers to understand requirements and improve processes.
Communicate system changes clearly and help embed best practice across the organisation.

Requirements:

Manual handling and/or heavy lifting.
Full, current valid UK driving licence.
Car insurance, including business cover.
