- Demonstrate and maintain high standards of personalised care under RPCS Management.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, integrating physical, psychological, social and spiritual care.
- Observe and report changes in symptoms, conditions, and circumstances to RPCS Management and notify healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Follow patients' agreed care plans; identify and act on safeguarding risks according to policy.
- Keep accurate, legible records in line with legislation and practice.
- Assist patients with washing, bathing, showering, pressure area care, and oral care.
- Assist with dressing/undressing as required.
- Assist with nutrition, including light meal preparation and drinks as per dietary requirements.
- Assist patients with toileting, including bed pans, commode or lavatory.
- Administer medication if dispensed in a blister pack.
- Ensure accurate, timely verbal and written communication.
