Job Description

Senior Hospice at Home Nurse/Paramedic\\n * Hours: 37.5 per week (part time of 22.5 hours per week considered)\\n * Location: Rennie Grove Peace Watford & Hertsmere Locality Area\\n * Salary: Rennie Grove Peace Band 6 – £38,682 – £46,580 per annum (pro rata)\\n * Closing date: 13th February 2026 at 12 noon\\n * Interview date: TBC\\nWhat you will do\\n * Proactively contribute to the delivery of high-quality safe evidence-based care.\\n * Responding to SOS calls visiting patients in their own home to provide palliative and end of life care.\\n * To lead on and coordinate assessment, planning and evaluation of individualised patient centred care.
