Renishaw Additive Manufacturing is a leader in the design and manufacture of metal additive manufacturing (AM) systems. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of metal AM as a viable high volume production process. We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals.

About the role

As a Marketing Executive at Renishaw Additive Manufacturing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to create and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The role will be based at our New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. Travel to other sites may also be required depending on the business need.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting product launches – helping deliver collateral and promotion campaigns.
  • Content creation and management – eg. helping to produce social media posts, case studies, news releases, videos, ads, graphics, website content, webinars, white papers, flyers, brochures, emails etc.
  • Co-ordinating webinar production and promotion, contributing to delivering MQL to Sales.
  • Working with third parties to achieve campaign aims eg. PR agency, external video agencies.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive performance.
  • Support activities to derive maximum benefit from our brand partnerships eg. British Cycling.
  • Support market trend and competitor analysis activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with subsidiaries in EMEA and Americas to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Support AMG presence across global trade shows.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology or additive manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of aerospace, defence, electronics, automotive or advanced manufacturing markets.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Experience supporting exhibitions and international events.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools e.g. Marketo
  • Hands-on experience producing and editing videos or photography
