You will be part of a London based team delivering implementations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions clients across EMEA.
About the role
This role combines project management, client consulting and technical implementation responsibilities for LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Compliance Link (Firco) products. The position involves leading end-to-end client engagements, managing project delivery, requirements, risks and customer satisfaction, while providing expertise in compliance and sanctions risk management.
Responsibilities include configuring and deploying solutions, delivering training, troubleshooting issues, conducting technical audits and health checks, supporting pre-sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams, contributing to business growth, and staying current with developments in the sanctions and compliance landscape.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: This role leads the delivery of LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ Compliance Link (Firco) implementations, combining project management, compliance expertise and technical consulting. Responsibilities include managing client projects, deploying and configuring solutions, providing training and support, building strong customer relationships, supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring clients effectively meet sanctions and compliance requirements.
- Functional Analysis: Demonstrates excellent knowledge of compliance and sanctions risk management, translating customer requirements into effective Compliance Link solutions and applying best practices to support successful implementations.
- Implementation: Provides technical implementation of Compliance Link solutions, including installation, configuration, training and troubleshooting. Acts as a subject matter expert in LexisNexis Risk Solutions products, advises clients on the most suitable solutions, drives implementation best practices, conducts technical audits and health checks, and builds strong customer relationships while supporting pre-sales, RFI/RFP responses, and business development activities.
- Business Relationship: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, support business growth through sales initiatives, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of sanctions regulations and market developments through continuous training.
Requirements
- Technical Knowledge of Unix (Linux Redhat, AIX and Solaris) and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL relationship databases (Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server).
- Knowledge of IBM MQ - queueing system.
- Configuration of Webservers: WebSphere, WebLogic and Apache Tomcat - at least one.
- Experience with financial messaging systems, Swift and other banking format is a plus.
- Knowledge of Three Tier architecture.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Desirable
- Significant technical implementation experience.
- Experience in a multinational and multi-cultural environment.
- Affinity or experience with Compliance, CFT (Counter-Financing of Terrorism), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or KYC (Know Your Customer).
- Understanding of financial industry and knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, etc).
- University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
