Renishaw are undertaking an ambitious project to refresh our ERP systems throughout the global subsidiary network, and we are seeking an enthusiastic ERP Technical Analyst to play a key role in the full project lifecycle.
You will have at least 3 yearsβ commercial experience of developing, implementing, and supporting solutions using enterprise ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, Infor etc.).
You will have an analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and desire to probe further into understanding requirements or establishing a root cause. You will need ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and stakeholders and will have strong commercial and business awareness.
Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and configure ERP modules to support business processes and requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy customisations and integrations to enhance ERP functionality base on centralised data and integration architecture.
- Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for ERP users.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the ERP environment.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to implement upgrades, patches, and new modules.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in project planning, system testing, and change management activities.
Key requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an ERP implementation or support analyst, with major ERP solutions (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Infor Syteline).
- Solid understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing domains.
- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations.
- Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and data integration tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS models.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure infrastructure and technologies.
- Understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related subject.
