We seek an individual with proven project management experience. The ideal candidate will create detailed project plans for complex, high-impact hard tech projects and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations overing product inception to productionisation. * Own project milestones * Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic priorities. * Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, timelines, progress reports, and strategic recommendations. Key requirements * Proven experience in project management (3+ years). * Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects. * Strong organisational and leadership skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver. * Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Familiarity with project management tools for example Confluence and Jira. * Certification in project management, e.g. APM PMQ * Full driving license Desirable requirements * Degree in a relevant engineering, science, or mathematical discipline. * Previous experience working in hard tech Benefits When you join Renishaw, we\'re committing to your future career.
