The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 £ per year.
Working in conjunction with the Facilities Management team the successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the core Electrical team based at Miskin ensuring reactive & planned works are completed to agreed dates and the interpretation of requirements. The position requires a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual who has the ability to supervise and mentor the team and has good construction and administration skills.
Responsibilities
Provide a hands-on approach on a daily basis to supervise & support the team.
Manage responses to all site electrical breakdowns & planned work
Manage Preventative Planned Maintenance schedules
Source materials and spares as required by the team
Provide good communications with our customers & contractors
Liaison with the management team to ensure quality standards are achieved
Management of contractors on a daily basis
Management of Health & Safety
Extensive experience in building trades, preferably with some certification.
A recognised construction industry qualification in Electrical Facilities
A good understanding of Health and Safety.
A good level of computer literacy.
Full driving license
Good problem solving skills
