Renishaw are undertaking an ambitious project to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 throughout the global subsidiary network, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Second Line D365 Support Analyst to join our applications support team. You will have commercial experience of supporting Dynamics 365 solutions in either Customer Engagement or Finance and Operations. You will need the ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Please note: this role is a hybrid based role with 2/3 days/week onsite. Having personal transport is a necessity as public transport cannot be relied on due to our location.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate allocated incidents to determine root cause and apply appropriate system configuration or code changes where needed.
- Analyse and develop solutions for minor system change requests.
- Assist, when needed, the Level 1 support team.
- Follow existing and author new procedures as needed.
- Use ITSM tool to track and update tickets.
Key requirements
- Experience as a support analyst, with a focus on Customer Engagement or Finance and Operations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are desirable.
- Solid understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) concepts and functionalities.
- Ability to be flexible, multi-tasking and organise priorities in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy.
- Comfortable with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with stakeholders/customers.
Desirable requirements
- SQL/Azure SQL knowledge.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI, and Azure infrastructure and technologies.
- Appreciation of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
