CNC Machinist

Up to £35,000 + Gainshare incentive

Are you a CNC Machinist looking for an exciting new opportunity in the Stonehouse area?

Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is recruiting a CNC Machinist for one of our clients in theStonehouse area.

The Company:

The Company specialise in the design and manufacture of applications for the oil & gas industry

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating 3 and 5 axis CNC machines in line with the delivery requirements of the business.

Duties include, but arent limited to:

Set up machines using the set-up sheets, tooling/fixtures and Edgecam programmes

Run the machines in line with the speeds and feeds called up by the programs and monitor performance

Carry out in cycle inspection of the parts produced using micrometres, verniers and coordinate measuring machine reports

About you:

NVQ Level 2

Experienced in all aspects of workshop practice

Experience in all aspects of Production Machining both Manual and CNC

Experience and knowledge in working with Duplex and Nickel Alloy Materials

Able to do metric conversions from drawings

Experience of machine part inspections using gauges

Able to run multiple similar machines (desirable)

Ability to edit CNC programmes (desirable)

Package:

Up to £35,000 + gainshare incentive (salary could increase after probation)

25 days annual leave + banks
