Youll ensure that significant technical changes to our application stack are assessed, authorised, scheduled, and implemented in a controlled and efficient manner. These could be changes initiated by 3rd party providers or internal developments. Youll keep an eye on their wider impact across the organisation to ensure smooth delivery of the changes, while spotting and mitigating any potential risks to service delivery.
