This is a new opportunity for a passionate experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) professional to join an ever-changing global organisation with a real appetite for change and drive to bring the business forward from an ED&I perspective.
As the ED&I Lead at Renishaw, you'll work collaboratively with the wider People Strategy team (Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility and Group Communications), to achieve our business vision. You'll lead and guide the strategic development, implementation and monitoring of Renishaw's ED&I programmes and help embed the strategy across our functions and sites.
Responsibilities:
