About the Role
The Business Development Director will play a key role in:
- Leading and shaping OneRen’s business development strategy
- Overseeing the delivery of the cultural events programme and commercial services
- Leading a dynamic team that includes marketing and communications, commercial events, sales, fundraising, retail and catering
- Identifying and driving new commercial opportunities to ensure financial objectives are met
- Strengthening partnerships across Renfrewshire and beyond
- Supporting organisational growth, sustainability, and innovation
- Contributing to the wider leadership team and strategic decision-making
